In Summer 2024, we chose Melissa Deland to be our realtor for the sale of our Longwood Towers condominium. We reached out to Melissa because of the extensive experience she had with condos in this property, which has several detailed requirements in the buying and selling process. We were certainly not disappointed in our choice! Melissa responded quickly to our email inquiry, met with us soon thereafter, walked through the condo with us, discussed the state of the market, made a few suggestions about small changes to enhance showings, and then got back to us a couple of days later with a suggested list price and rationale which we were pleased with. She then moved quickly to get our property listed and arranged for a weekend open house, as well as some pre-open house showings. We received an offer over asking price that we accepted after that one weekend.
