A fourth generation Bostonian, Melissa first made her home as an adult in Beacon Hill from 2003-2014. Committed to sharing her passion for the rich heritage and vibrant communities that Boston has to offer, she became a realtor in 2009 at Foundation Realty Group. While at FRG, Melissa built a reputation for being hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, and resourceful.
Three children later and a move to West Roxbury, Melissa realized another dream – becoming a broker and starting her own real estate company. Her priorities remain the same: working tirelessly to find the right home, at the right price, in the right community for each of her clients. I have seen both up and down markets and many changes in the real estate industry! Many years ago, I began my career in a small office that had strong community commitment and a very personal approach. I was hooked for life and went on to complete my MBA at Boston College. Upon graduation, I accepted a position in leasing and property management with a large commercial development company specializing in new office building, retail, and warehouse construction. After several years, I found that I missed working in the residential sector and returned to residential sales with Coldwell Banker. The building boom of the early 2000’s was just starting and I was excited to have the opportunity to work on several residential development projects as an on-site sales agent in Boston and Brookline. Once the projects were completed, I returned to residential sales winning many top sales awards and helping investors, relocation clients, first-time homebuyers, upsizers, and downsizers buy, rent or sell in the Boston area. Each transaction and every client has been its own unique journey and I have enjoyed helping and meeting so many wonderful people!
